Here’s how we’re going to do that:

→ Our staff and crew will always be wearing masks and gloves while serving you.

→ A daily temperature check will be done before every shift starts. If symptoms of high fever are found, the affected person will be sent home to quarantine till symptom free.

→ Our cinema halls and lobbies, including seats and recliners, will be disinfected and sanitized after every show.

→ Auditorium capacities have been reduced therefore, our system will book alternate seats inside the hall for your ease.

→ Markings on the floor will ensure safe social distance and avoid crowded queues between groups entering Raiha CineGold Plex.

 

Here’s how you can help:

→ Please wear masks while entering the cinema hall and lobby. Masks can only be removed for eating and/or drinking.

→ You will be required to go through a digital temperature check at the entrance. If found of high fever, please politely leave Raiha CineGold Plex upon asking.

→ To maintain social distance of at least 6ft, markings on the floor will guide you through the box office and concession stand.

→ Frequent use of hand sanitation stations installed across the cinema is highly encouraged.

→ Once inside the auditorium, please ensure you are seated at your designated seats. Please leave the marked seats empty.

→ Food will be served to your seat. Please make sure you have placed your order well beforehand to avoid late delivery and disturbance.
